Announcement on the cancellation of the admission status of international undergraduate students who have not arrived on campus for the Spring semester of 2026

According to the relevant provisions of Guangxi Medical University International Students Enrollment Management Regulations: All freshmen admitted by our university must present the admission notice, JW202 visa form, and their passport to the university on time for admission procedures. Those who cannot be enrolled on time for any reason should ask for leave from the School of International Education in written form with relevant certificates in advance and report to the Academic Affairs Office of the School for the record. The leave period should not exceed 2 weeks. In case of leave or overdue leave, except for force major and other legitimate reasons, the admission qualification shall be deemed to be abandoned.

We hereby announces the cancellation of the admission qualifications of the following international undergraduate students of the Spring semester of 2026 who failed to arrive on campus by April 30, 2026, and did not go through any leave application procedures.It is hereby announced.
