Scholarship of China-US People to People Exchange

1. Supporting Categories: 

       Bachelor degree candidates: 4~5 years 

       degree candidate: 3 years 

       PhD degree candidates: 3 years 

       2. Coverage: 

       Full scholarship students (including tuition fee, accomodation, medical insurance fee monthly living allowances of 2500 RMB yuan for bachelor’s candidates, 3000 RMB yuan for master’s candidates 3500 RMB yuan for PhD candidates). The scholarship covers both major study Chinese language/preparatory study, as specified in the Admission Letter. 

       3. Application requirements: 

American students with a degree of high school, bachelor or master, who want to study in China for Bachelor, or Doctor Degrees. 

No more than 30 years old for Bachelor-degree study. 

No more than 35 years old for Master-degree study. 

No more than 40 years old for PhD-degree study. 

Only Chinese is available for those who want to major in languages. 

4. Application time: March 1 to April 10 .

1)  Online application 

 The CSC Online Application for Study in China is available in http://laihua.csc.edu.cn

2)  Send the required application materials to the university. 

  a. Printed online Application form for Chinese government scholarship with personal signature photo 

  b. Transcript of the Most Advanced Studies (Notarized photocopy) 

Diploma of the Most Advanced Studies (Notarized photocopy) 

  c. Study or Research Plan in China （No less than 800 words） 

  d. Two Letters of Recommendation from professors 

  e. Foreigner Physical Examination Form (Photocopy) copies of blood test reports 

  f. Copy of the passport 

  g. HSK certificate.（Undergraduate course:HSK 4, Postgraduate course:HSK 5）

  h. Certificate of No Criminal Record or Letter of No Criminal Commitment.
