关于清理拟清退国际学生宿舍个人物品的公示

    兹有我校国际教育学院78名国际学生（名单见附件）经多次多渠道联系学生本人未果，学生本人至今也未申请返校。根据桂医大留（2023）4号《广西医科大学国际学生（本科）学籍管理规定（2023年修订》和桂医大研（2017）30号《广西医科大学研究生学籍管理规定（2017年9月修订）》的相关规定，结合疫情期间实际情况，现将有关事项公示如下：

    1.我校拟将在公示期后将该78名国际学生予以退学处理。

    2.该78名拟清退国际学生留存在原宿舍的个人物品已超过保管期限，严重占用宿舍使用情况，请务必在2023年8月15日前通过邮箱、微信、QQ、钉钉或通过中介、在校同学等方式联系班主任处置各自的个人物品。逾期未回复的，国际教育学院将在8月15日后统一作清理处理。

    3.公示期为2023年7月21日—8月15日。公示期间，对退学处理有异议的，必须在公示期内联系班主任或国际教育学院老师，逾期将视为默认同意处理意见。

Announcement

There are 78 international students from School of International Education of Guangxi Medical University (see the list in the attachment) who have been contacted multiple times and through various ways, but have not been able to contacted. Even these 78 students didn't applied to return to school until now. In accordance with the relevant provisions of the Regulations on the Student Status Management of International Students (Undergraduate) of Guangxi Medical University (revised in 2023) and the Regulations on the Student Status Management of Postgraduate of Guangxi Medical University (revised in September 2017), and in combination with the actual situation during the Covid-19, the relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:

1. Our school will drop out these 78 international students after the announcement period.

2. The personal belongings their original dormitories of these 78 international students, who are planning to be dropped out, have exceeded their storage period, which are seriously affecting the use of the dormitories. Please make sure to contact the class teacher before 15 August, 2023 through email, WeChat, QQ, DingTalk, agencies and friends who in the school, or other ways to dispose of their personal belongings. If there is no response within the deadline, the School of International Education will conduct a unified cleaning process after 15 August, 2023.

3. The announcement period is from 21 July to 15 August, 2023. During this period, if there are objections to the handling of drop-out, the class teacher or teacher of School of International Education must be contacted within the announcement period. If the deadline is exceeded, it will be considered as a tacit agreement to the handling opinion.
