2026年秋季学期取消未报到国际学生入学资格的公告

根据《广西医科大学国际学生学籍管理规定》规定：凡经我校录取的新生，须持录取通知书、JW202签证表、本人护照按时到校办理入学手续。因故不能按期入学的，应事先以书面形式并附有关证明向国际教育学院请假，由学院报教务处备案。请假期限一般不得超过2周。请假或者请假逾期的，除因不可抗力等正当事由外，视为放弃入学资格。

根据以上规定，我校将取消以下2026级秋季学期未在2026年月9月30日前到校报到，且未履行任何请假手续超过规定期限的国际学生的入学资格。

Announcement on Canceling the Admission Qualification of Unregistered International Students for the Autumn Semester of 2026

According to the relevant provisions of Guangxi Medical University International Students Enrollment Management Regulations: All freshmen admitted by our university must present the admission notice, JW202 visa form, and their passport to the university on time for admission procedures. Those who cannot be enrolled on time for any reason should ask for leave from the School of International Education in written form with relevant certificates in advance and report to the Academic Affairs Office of the School for the record. The leave period should not exceed 2 weeks. In case of leave or overdue leave, except for force major and other legitimate reasons, the admission qualification shall be deemed to be abandoned.

According to the above regulations, our university will cancel the admission qualifications of the following international students who failed to register before September 30, 2026 for the autumn semester, and who have exceeded the prescribed period without completing any leave procedures.

It is hereby announced.
